Orders & Shipping
If you would like to make changes or cancel an order, you need to cancel it 48 hours before the payment is processed. For assistance with canceling your order, please email us at support@easternbotanics.com at least 48 hours before the payment processing time. If the payment has not been processed (meaning your card hasn't been charged yet), we can help cancel or edit your order. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes once the payment has been processed.
If your order has already shipped (i.e., it has a tracking number), we cannot stop or edit it. However, we can assist you in starting the process to return it for a refund or exchange. You can find details on the "Return & Refunds" page for more information.
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@easternbotanics.com as soon as possible. Our warehouse teams work quickly to process and ship your order, and once an order has been shipped, we're unable to update the address.
You can find the shipping cost at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $50 USD.

Account & Rewards
If you originally checked out as a guest, you can still activate your account and retrieve rewards associated with your order! To activate your account, select the "sign up" option on the login page and create an account with the same email used on your original order. Once the account is activated, you will be able to view all the information related to any orders associated with that email.

For express checkout, we offer ShopPay, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay. For standard checkout, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, and PayPal.
Yes, it's possible you may be charged a Foreign Transaction Fee (also known as an International Purchase Transaction Fee), as we have a Hong Kong bank account. This charge comes directly from your bank and is outside of our control. If this is your first time shopping with us at Eastern Botanics, we suggest contacting your bank to check if they charge for international payments.
